Lemon Blueberry Waffles



Recipe:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil

Directions:
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir.  Add wet ingredients and combine until well blended and smooth. Fold in blueberries and Lemon Essential Oil. Let batter sit 5 minutes before using.

Cook according to waffle maker instructions.
